Clean rooms
The staff here is really nice and really helpful...The place is very conveniently located and one can go around by foot...Breakfast is really good here and I would recommend this place to stay..Peaceful as well..

Friendly and clean hotel
I had a nice, bright and clean room on the top floor with a very nice balcony to sit outside in the evening. The hotel owner and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant serves nice and tasty meals and special wishes were always accomodated for if possible (for example: we had porridge/oats for breakfast or could order boiled plain water to make our own tea). If I go back to Pondicherry, I would definitely go back there. I can recommend it in every way!

excellent service with a warm personal touch from the owner
have been staying there for over 10 years and every time I come away more satsified. very close to the ashram and excellent facilites to make you feel at home
feels very safe & the food too is really mouth watering
Room tip: enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the hotel being on the ground floor

Excellent in every way
The hotel is conveniently situated a short stroll from the promenade or into the heart of the french town.
A very comprehensive self service Indian Breakfast is included with wonderfully attentive staff, who will bring large pots of tea and as well as the buffet, offer a variety of cooked eggs.
I had a double room with ensuite shower WC, a fridge, TV AC and room fan,
and two balconies - 4th floor with lift. The room was cleaned and made up every day with a complimentary fresh bottle of drinking water .
The hotel was perfect in all ways, probably as the staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient. Room service and same day laundry service was very cheap.
The owner Mrs Beena Sureka led by example, she was in the breakfast room every morning to suggest places to visit and make sure every guest was happy. The hotel arranged for my train travel tickets - and as my credit card wasn't accepted, paid for me which I repaid with cash from local ATMs (everywhere)
This is not a budget hotel, as the name suggests frequented by many business travellers, but by english costs, very good value for money.
No hesitation recommending for individuals or families.
Room tip: Room 404 was excellent.

Brilliant stay, cannot recommend highly enough
We are very pleased that we chose to stay at the Executive Inn. This charming hotel is run beautifully and efficiently by the lady owner, Beena, who is there for most of the time. She anticipates her guests every whim and she and her staff cannot be helpful enough. The service is impeccable. Our room had a small balcony which was ideal to sit out and watch the world go by. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, bed linen immaculate and rooms serviced every day and a large complimentary bottle of water every day. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom. Flat screen TV with film channels, free wifi, aircon and ceiling fans in rooms. Breakfast is served in the cool, modern styled restaurant and gives guests a great choice of variety of Indian dishes as well as choice of omelettes, scrambled egg, toast, jam, fruit and tea or coffee and if what you require isn't there the staff will do their utmost to get it for you. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a very nice district, with not too much traffic noise and we slept well every night. We had late check out and again, owner and staff could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and would definately stay here again.
