"This was a great rental on the top floor which provided vaulted ceilings and excellent views of the slopes. The maintenance for this unit was unsatisfactory. Hot tub didn’t work. The kitchen faucet was completely disconnected and the coffee maker was broken (a crisis in our home). If management paid a little more attention to details it could have been a perfect place. Also, don’t consider walking in ski boots to the lift. Too far.

"Your condo home was lovely and very comfortable. It was also very well cleaned, except for the hot tub. I expected clean water in the tub, as promised prior to our arrival. However, the water was disgustingly filthy.
I don’t know where the breakdown in communication was, but obviously the water was not changed prior to our arrival as promised.
I wish I could give your beautiful condo a 5 in my review, but sadly, I cannot.

"We spent a wonderful week with amazing friends enjoying the beautiful view from this condo. The fireplace was wonderful!!! The condo was well equipped and the property management company was amazing! I loved that they were very proactive with their communications, answering our questions before we had an opportunity to ask or even think of them. I’d love to come back during ski season and watch the skiers come down the slopes!

"We just loved the condo in Keystone - very nicely and clean and plenty of room - the views were just amazing. We will be staying here again. Only bad part they only allow 2 cars parked overnight - but other than that - we loved it!

"Location and views highlighted our stay. The unit is really perfect for that family get away. It’s designed so a lot of people can enjoy the living spaces and not feel overcrowded. Kitchen is certainly adequate and bathrooms are large enough. Laundry and hot tub are a bonus.

"Beautiful place with everything we needed. Loved the view and enjoyed the evening in the in house hottub overlooking the mountain. Everything was great except the last day the front door combo was changed and we were not notified. Also the ice maker did not work.

"Our condo had everything needed for a wonderful stay for our family gathering. The location was excellent with a gorgeous view and included beaver and moose sightings! Great trails and activities nearby. Communication before, during, and after was excellent. Would recommend Cinnamon Ridge highly!

"A great stay in a great unit. Great view. Even with Keystone closed for season, still easy walk to a couple restaurants, a bar, market. Ect. 5 minutes from A Basin and a beautiful 15 minute drive to Breck. Service staff was very friendly.

"Lovely place! Great location with minutes of a walk down to Mountain House. Beaver pond in the back which attracts plenty of wildlife. Great sleeping arrangements, wonderful open gathering space, hot tub!!!, and just an overall good experience!

"This location was perfect for our family and extended family. The large beds were comfy, the sofa was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well appointed for all cooking need (including a crock pot) and the view wonderful! Clean and gorgeous. The elevator was a big help for grandmother coming with us and being up all the bags/food for the week

"Two of our friends from back East came out here to see the leaves and we planned it perfectly. Both of them have walking issues and we were delighted to find a condo with easy entrance and an elevator. The condo really impressed our guests and we made ourselves at home immediately. The view out the windows was spectularly gorgeous. We did not get to enjoy the deck very long as we had rain, but both of our friends commented on the chairs as they were comfortable. We found everything clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed Keystoe Cafe for breakfast one morning, they were very friendly and fun to be around. Will certainly keep this one in our file for future use.

"We loved this property. The view was outstanding! The rooms comfortable and plenty of towels. Our kids stayed in the loft and thought it was the best thing! Also loved having 2 master suites as our group had 2 families staying there. We wished the kitchen was a little better stocked for cooking. But had enough to make it work. This condo is in an excellent central location to everything in the mountains. Easy drive into Denver as well, a little over an hour to downtown Denver.

"The condo is large and first-class. Wonderful views of the mountain slope. A hot tub in the unit itself! Amazing! Very nice kitchen, well-equipped, clean, pleasant. 3 full baths, all very nice. Gets a little stuffy so you have to open windows and then the roadway traffic is noisy at night, but few real downsides. Staff person named Dustin is phenomenal - came at 3 am, solved problems, super smart yet humble and very effective in terms of addressing the problem. Overall, a terrific experience and all staff tried their best but some follow-through wasn't what we had hoped, especially when the dishwasher didn't work and no one ever showed up to fix it or even inspect it. Far more pluses than minuses here - would definitely recommend this property.

"We had a wonderful stay here from May 30 - June 3rd. The condo was just as nice as the photos portrayed. We had plenty of room for 4 adults with 2 of them working remotely for several days. It was a great location to the grocery, REI, other shopping, hiking, and Keystone Resort. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we enjoyed both the fireplace on a chilly and rainy evening, as well as the hot tub after a long hike. The week we visited was fairly quiet in the area. It was a great get-away and we highly recommend this property.

"The condo was more than we were expecting (and we’ve traveled quite a bit). It was very clean and spacious with breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had every amenity that we needed to cook with. The management company gave clear instructions for checking in/out, recommendations on rentals/restaurants/etc while there, and texted to checkin and see if we had any issues (we did not). We will definitely stay here in the future and with this company!

"Wow we were spoiled stay here! The condo was just beautiful and all set up for families who love to ski. the hot tub with views was our favorite. "Location is great. Unit is on the 4th Floor but with an elevator. We had major issues with the refrigerator and the replacement fridge died as well. The company was quick to respond and bring a new one. The hot tub was awesome and the place spotless.
